Burglar broke into home and stole collection of Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z cards

At least 30 cartoon trading cards were stolen in a burglary and an attempt to find them has been launched.

Images of the Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z collection have been shared online by Kent Police.

The value and total number of cards is unclear, but the force said: ‘At present, the cards have not been located and officers would like to hear from anyone who may have been offered them for sale in suspicious circumstances.’

Ben Pay, 21, admitted burgling a home in The Maltings, Gravesend, when he appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

He was held in custody and will be sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court at a future date. The Japanese cartoon franchise cards were stolen at around 11am on Wednesday, May 12.

A 40-year-old man from Rochester was also arrested on suspicion of burglary and has been released pending further investigation
