Harry Kane and wife Kate expecting third child together
Harry Kane and wife Kate Goodland are expecting their third child together.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker, 26, confirmed his wife’s pregnancy news on Instagram, sharing a snap from their gender reveal party.
The expectant mum, 27, could be seen looking lovingly at her beau in the candid picture, as they posed in front of a colourful balloon arch together.
She rocked a flowing leopard print dress and flat shoes for the bash, while the England ace went for a more casual look, opting for a white t-shirt, with a black shirt and jeans.
Harry kept fans guessing over the sex of their little one, simply captioning the upload: ‘💗 OR 💙’ – with Kate posting the same picture on her own page.
Right on cue, fans flooded the post with well wishes for the happy couple – who are already parents to daughters Ivy and Vivienne.
‘Massive congratulations to you both again when the little man or princess arrives they will be the luckiest little one alive to have such wonderful parents as you both. COYS,’ one commented.
While another shared: ’Congratulations Harry and Kate.’
‘Congratulations Skipper lovely family!,’ a follower added.
Harry and Kate have had quite a few reasons to smile recently, as they celebrated their first wedding anniversary last month.
The childhood sweethearts tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in June, 2019, confirming the news with a string of photos on social media.
To commemorate their anniversary, Kate shared a photo of a personalised Friends mug, surrounded by flowers, card and a picture from their big day.
‘Our first anniversary. 2020. The one where we were in lockdown,’ the mug read.
Harry and Kate got engaged back in July, 2017, just a few months after introducing daughter Ivy – and welcomed their second child together, Vivienne Jane, in 2018.
They have made sure to keep their relationship firmly out of the spotlight, only posting a few pictures of each other on social media.
But the athlete praised his wife for sticking by him throughout his career in a previous interview.
‘She’s not afraid to take the mickey out of herself or me. She’s been there through all the ups and the downs,’ he said.
‘She’s been with me when I’ve been successful; she’s been with me when I’ve been struggling or had injuries.
‘When I feel bad about something, or when I need to get something off my chest, I can just turn to her and talk about anything.’
