Finalists of FIFA’s best players of the year are ready, There are not Messi on the list
Luka Modric from Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus and Muhammed Salah from Liverpool were among the best footballers nominees of the year determined by FIFA.
In the statement made by FIFA, the last three candidates finishing in the best footballer, coach, goalkeeper and goal categories of the year and 10 candidates of FIFA Puskas Award given to the best goal of the year were published.
Real Madrid’s Croatian star Luka Modric, Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, who transferred to Juventus, and Muhammad Salah from Liverpool, were in the finals of the best male soccer player category.
Among the best coaches are Zinedine Zidane who won three UEFA Champions League seats three times and Real Madrid, Didier Deschamps who won the French National Team and the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the Croatian National Team who played the final in the World Cup coach Zlatko Dalic was nominated.
Among the best nominees of the year were Hugo Lloris, Tottenham’s file guard Hugo Lloris, Leicester City’s Kasper Schmeichel and Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois.
The best footballer candidates for women were the Norwegian Ada Hegerberg, the German Dzsenifer Maroszan and the Brazilian Marta.
Quaresma, Muhammed Salah, Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Benjamin Pavard, Lionel Messi, Riley McGree, Giorgian de Arrascaeta, Denis Cheryshev and Lazaros Christodoulopoulos for the FIFA Puskas Prize for the best goal of the year.
Top names in the categories will be announced with the ceremony to be held on September 24 in London, the capital of England.
