Juventus sells $60 million Ronaldo jersey in 24 hours

Juventus, who transferred Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to 340 million euros, sold Ronaldo jersey for $60 million within 24 hours.


Business Insider magazine reports that 6 to 9 million dollars of this money will remain in the Italian club.

If the sales go on like this, the club is expected to deduct the money it has paid for Ronaldo jersey his income in a short time.

After Ronaldo’s transfer came to an end, Juventus’s stocks in the stock market increase more than 18 percent.

“Juventus wants to transform Ronaldo’s transfer into financial advantage, expand his assets in existing markets and enter new markets,” European and Italian football writer James Horncastle told CNN.

Juventus, who has been a Serie A champion for seven consecutive times and played in the Champions League in 2015 and 2017, is ranked 10th in the Deloitte Football Money League despite these successes.
